The name "Siduri" comes from the Epic of Gilgamesh, written in ancient Sumer (now Iraq) thousands of years ago. The character of Siduri was a brave young woman, who wisely advised the king Gilgamesh to be kind to others and live a rich and full life - a life that included lots of dancing of course!
